The AX-C Series Motion CPU is the latest addition to the AX Series controllers. Developed based on the CODESYS platform, the AX-C Series supports synchronization of up to 12 motion axes with onboard 16 inputs / 8 outputs, and is easily expandable with Delta’s various EtherCAT remote I/O modules. Its dual Ethernet ports enables stable connections to host devices, such as HMIs or SCADA systems, and other peripheral devices for data communication.
With a compact standalone design, the AX-C Series offers the most cost-efficient option for most applications in logic control, motion control and data communication, and ensures better execution efficiency, a convenient development environment, and an excellent product.
All-in-one motion control solution: Synchronizes up to 12 axes and offers an onboard EtherCAT master, dual Ethernet ports and a SD card slot. It also integrates RS-485 communication, a differential (encoder) input, 16 digital inputs (with 200kHz high speed counters*4) and 8 digital outputs (with 200kHz pulse-train outputs*4) in I/O interface to address basic control requirements
Exceptional execution speed: Utilizes a premium processor to achieve the execution speed of 1ns for basic LD instruction, ensuring speed and performance even when the control program gets larger
Quick and easy expansion: For I/O expansion, users can select from Delta’s various EtherCAT remote I/O modules according to specific needs to build a customized system with the best configuration
